Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 7, 2023, THE HEALING COMPANY INC. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of biotech entrepreneurs and investors, Dr. Linda Friedland and Dr. Peter Kash, to the Company’s advisory board.

On August 24, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing a strategic partnership with Althea DRF Lifesciences.

A copy of each of these two press releases is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
