The Company has a new mailing address and phone number and is updating two websites for customer information and public company/stockholder information as represented on the front cover of this filing. The Company is actively seeking office space for its expected growth. The Company is also actively seeking agreements for non-toxic investment to fuel the growth.

The Company has been made aware of third party(ies) issuing promotional material by OTC Markets Group, Inc. The Company has not been contacted by any third party in reference to the promotional material being disseminated by or through them. The Company also does not know the source of the information in the promotional material. Any information about the Company and its plans will be distributed via press releases or Form 8-K filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission or both.
