(“Eventure,” the “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us”) ~~issued~~notified anits ~~aggregate~~independent ofregistered ~~378~~public accounting firm,~~299~~ GBH CPAs,~~263~~ ~~shares~~PC of(“GBH”), ~~common~~that ~~stock~~the ~~upon~~Company ~~conversion~~had decided to change auditors and was therefore dismissing GBH, effective immediately. The Company’s decision was approved by the Company’s board of ~~previously~~directors, ~~disclosed~~acting ~~convertible~~as ~~promissory~~the ~~notes~~audit committee, on that same day, and ~~convertible~~concurrent ~~debentures.~~with GBH’s dismissal, the board of directors appointed BF Borgers CPA PC (“Borgers”) as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm.

InDuring ~~connection~~the ~~with~~fiscal ~~the~~years ~~foregoing~~ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, and through October 16, 2015, neither the Company ~~relied~~nor ~~upon~~anyone acting on its behalf consulted Borgers regarding (i) either the ~~exemption~~application ~~from~~of ~~registration~~accounting principles to a specified transaction, either completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Company’s consolidated financial statements, and neither a written report nor oral advice was provided to the Company that Borgers concluded was an important factor considered by ~~Section~~the 4Company in reaching a decision as to any accounting, auditing or financial reporting issue; or (ii) any matter that was either the subject of a disagreement (as defined in Item 304(a)(21)(iv) ~~under~~of Regulation S-K and the ~~Securities~~related ~~Act~~instructions to Item 304 of ~~1933,~~Regulation S-K) or a reportable event (as ~~amended~~defined in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K).

2During the fiscal years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, and through October 16, 2015, the Company did not (i) have any disagreements (as defined in Item 304(a)(1(iv) of Regulation S-K and the related instructions to Item 304 of Regulation S-K) with GBH on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedures, which disagreements, if not resolved to the satisfaction of GBH, would have caused it to make reference thereto in connection with its reports; or (ii) experience any reportable events (as defined in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of Regulation S-K).
