Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition of Disposition of Assets

On August 10th, 2015, Equisource Hotel Fund I, LLP (the “Company”) purchased their first hotel property (the “Property.”) The Property is the Ramada Inn located at 6944 E. Tanque Verde Road, Tucson, AZ 85715. The Company used approximately $2,200,000 in funds raised from their S-11 registration statement at a purchase price of $6,250,000. The Property was built in 1985 and has seen various renovations, including as recently as 2015. The Property includes 115 rooms available for rental and is situated on 2.89 acres of land.
