On ~~February~~November 282, ~~2015~~2016, Mrthe Registrant filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation that affected a name change from “China Shouguan Mining Corporation” to “China Shouguan Investment Holding Group Corporation” and authorized a one for four reverse stock split as determined by the Registrant’s director. The ~~Terry~~name ~~Tsao,~~change ~~our~~was ~~Chief~~effective ~~Financial~~on ~~Officer,~~the ~~resigned~~filing of the amendment. MrThe reverse split will not be in effect until it is approved by FINRA. The ~~Tsao~~Certificate of amendment was approved by the Registrant’s ~~resignation~~Board ~~was~~of ~~not~~Directors ~~because~~and by its shareholders at a special meeting of ~~any~~shareholders ~~disagreement~~at ~~with~~an ~~management~~adjourned orspecial ~~the~~meeting ~~board~~held on ~~any~~October ~~matter~~26, 2016 pursuant to notice and a proxy statement prepared under Regulation 14A. The Certificate of ~~policy~~Amendment was approved by the holders of 83,133,516 ~~but~~shares soor ~~that~~72.3% heof ~~could~~the ~~pursue~~115,000,000 ~~other~~issued ~~interests~~and outstanding shares with no shares voted against. OnITEM ~~February~~9.01 ~~28, 2015, the Board of Directors appointed Chengqing Tan, age 35, as our Chief~~ Financial ~~Officer. Mr.~~Statements ~~Tan~~and ~~joined the Company in February 2012 as the Accounting Manager of the Company~~Exhibits. He holds a Bachelor of Enterprise Accounting degree from the Shenzhen University, PR China. He also holds the Intermediate Title of the Accounting Profession in PR China. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tan worked as the Accounting Manager in Shenzhen SanxinJingmeite Glass Co., Ltd. which affiliates with AVIC Sanxin Co., Ltd. from July 2008 to February 2012. Mr. Tan devotes 100% of his time to the business of our Company. His present monthly salary is US$2578.
