On February 25, 2026 Miami International Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. The Company's press release, dated February 25, 2026, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
