On ~~April~~March 2327, ~~2024~~2026, ~~Lindsey~~Jay ~~Haswell~~Jacobs was appointed to the Board of Directors of iShares® Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC (the “Sponsor”), which is the sponsor of iShares® S&P GSCI™ Commodity-Indexed Trust (the “Trust”). MsMr. ~~Haswell~~Jacobs was appointed by BlackRock Asset Management International Inc., which is the member of the Sponsor. Also on ~~April~~March 2327, ~~2024~~2026, MsMr. ~~Haswell~~Jacobs was appointed as athe ~~member~~President and Chief Executive Officer of the Sponsor~~’s Audit Committee~~.
