On November 13, 2025, Ideal Power Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2025. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this Item 2.02.
