Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 3, 2025, Thomas Hartnett transitioned from his role as President of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. (the “Company”) to the role of Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Hartnett will assist in the transition of the President of the Company role until his departure from the Company.
