On August 14, 2025, BK Technologies Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial and operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, in the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
