Mansfield notified the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. ~~issued~~(the "Company") of his resignation as a ~~press~~member ~~release~~of ~~announcing~~the ~~its~~Board, ~~financial~~effective ~~results~~immediately, ~~for~~as ~~its first~~well ~~quarter~~as ~~ended~~his ~~April~~decision ~~30,~~not ~~2025~~to stand for re-election to the Board. AMr. ~~copy~~Mansfield's announcement comes after eight years of service as the ~~press~~Chief ~~release~~Executive isOfficer ~~furnished~~and asa ~~Exhibit~~member 99of the Board.1 toMr. ~~this~~Mansfield's ~~Current~~decision ~~Report~~was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on ~~Form~~any ~~8-K~~matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
