On April 11, 2024, Progressive Care Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for its most recent fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Earnings Press Release”). A copy of the Earnings Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
