TRISTAR AIR LLC’s CONTRACT AWARD ~~FOR~~| ~~THE~~PROTEST ~~AIR~~DISMISSAL ~~TO AIR REFUELLING HAS BEEN PROTESTED.~~ APPEALED

NEWPORT NEWS | ~~MAY~~JULY 219, 2019 – TriStar Air LLC, a subsidiary of Tempus Applied Solutions Holdings, Inc. was awarded a $121,425,707 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task order contract for aerial refueling services, as announced by the company April 24, 2019.

The contract was awarded in a competitive procurement process and in accordance with existing rules and regulations for U.S. Government contracting, an award can be protested by the other offerors. Any entity adversely affected by the outcome of the protest procedure, has the right to file an appeal petition.

AAs ~~protest~~announced ~~has~~by ~~been~~the ~~filed~~company ~~with~~ the USMay ~~Navy~~2, 2019, the contract award was protested by the incumbent provider. ofFollowing protest dismissal, the ~~air~~incumbent toprovider ~~air~~appealed ~~refueling~~the ~~services~~outcome. ~~TriStar~~The ~~Air~~appeal ~~LLC~~process ~~has~~timeline ~~received~~is anot ~~stop-work~~within ~~notification~~the ~~from~~control of the USCompany ~~Navy~~and ~~that~~an ~~will~~accurate ~~remain~~time inestimate ~~effect~~cannot ~~until~~be ~~the~~provided ~~protest~~at ~~has~~this ~~been adjudicated~~stage.
