[F2]On December 7, 2018, the issuer canceled, pursuant to the issuer's option exchange program, the following options: options granted on 8/15/16 for 143,634 shares and 96,366 shares; options granted on 2/21/2017 for 4,189 shares and 10,172 shares; options granted on 2/13/2018 for 73,186 shares and 526,814 shares; and options granted on 3/5/2018 for 17,859 shares and 78,378 shares. In exchange, the reporting person received a new option of 950,598 shares having an exercise price of $0.07 per share.
