Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

On October 19, 2017, Bear State Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
