USAGE OF CERTAIN TERMS

Item 8.01 Other Events.

Our Board of Directors (the “Board”) received resignations of Christina Xiong (also known as Caiqing Xiong) from the respective positions of Secretary of the Company and Secretary of the Board, effective July 26, 2016. On July 26, 2016, our Board accepted Ms. Xiong's resignations and appointed Ms. Ripple Zhang (also known as Yixin Zhang) as Secretary of the Company and Secretary of the Board with such appointment effective immediately. Ms. Zhang will serve for such positions in accordance with the Bylaws of the Company and until her successor is elected and qualified or until her earlier resignation or removal.
