On August 3, 2023, Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“Apollo”), the parent company of Apollo Asset Management, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a summary press release and a detailed earnings presentation announcing financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023.

A copy of the summary press release and the earnings presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.
