On ~~August 11~~November 16, 2015, ~~Mr. Edward W. Martin III, age 50, was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of~~ American Casino & Entertainment ~~LLC~~Properties ~~(the “Company”)~~LLC, ~~effective~~or ~~as of August 12~~ACEP, ~~2015,~~issued ina ~~addition~~press torelease ~~his~~announcing ~~role~~its asfinancial ~~Chief~~results ~~Financial~~for ~~Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Martin has served as~~ the ~~Company’s~~quarter ~~Chief~~ended ~~Financial~~September 30, ~~Officer~~2015 and ~~Treasurer~~other ~~since~~financial ~~October 2008 and as a director since March 2009~~information. ~~The~~A ~~Company~~copy ~~and~~of ~~Mr. Martin did not amend~~ the ~~amended~~press ~~and~~release ~~restated~~is ~~employment~~being ~~agreement~~furnished between the Company and Mr. Martin, dated May 15, 2014 (the “Martin Agreement”), or enter into any new agreements or arrangements in connection with Mr. Martin becoming the Company’s Chief Operating Officer.
