- [F1]On 12/29/2005 the reporting person contributed 55,055 shares of RLH common stock to a charitable remainder trust of which the reporting person is a beneficiary. The reporting person does not serve as the trustee of the charitable remainder trust, and therefore does not control the acquisition or disposition of the shares held by the trust. Upon contribution of the 55,055 shares to the charitable remainder trust, the trustee of the charitable remainder trust subsequently chose to liquidate certain shares held by the trust. The reporting person continues to report beneficial ownership of the RLH common stock held by the trust but disclaims ownership except to the extent of her beneficial interest therein.
- [F2]On 12/30/2005 the reporting person contributed 558,700 shares of RLH common stock to the Heather M. Barbieri Family LLC, of which the reporting person is a beneficiary. The reporting person continues to report beneficial ownership of the RLH common stock held by the LLC but disclaims ownership except to the extent of her beneficial interest therein.
