Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Director; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Resignation of Mr. Kristian Finstad

On July 14, 2017, Mr. Kristian Finstad resigned from the Board of Directors of Content Checked Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Board of Directors of Content Checked, Inc., the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary (“Content Checked”). Additionally, on July 14, 2017, Mr. Finstad resigned from any and all officer positions that he held with the Company and with Content Checked, including but not limited to his positions as Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board of the Company and Content Checked.
