On September 29, 2025, Vyome Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that it acquired Oculo, Inc., an AI startup launched at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
