Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On March 3, 2025, TFF Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Company”) held a Special Meeting of Stockholders for the purpose of approving the dissolution of the Company in accordance with Section 275 of the Delaware General Corporation Law and the Plan of Dissolution previously distributed to the Company’s stockholders in connection with the Special Meeting (the “Plan of Dissolution”).

The Company’s stockholders approved the Plan of Dissolution, with shares voted as follows:

Abstain			2,929

There were no broker non-votes on the approval of the Plan of Dissolution.
