~~The~~On ~~2024~~November ~~annual~~1, ~~general~~2024, ~~meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) of~~ CCSC Technology International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) ~~was~~appointed ~~held~~Enrome atLLP ~~1301-03,~~(“Enrome”) ~~13/F,~~as ~~Shatin~~its independent registered ~~Galleria~~public accounting firm, ~~18-24~~effective ~~Shan~~immediately. ~~Mei~~Enrome ~~Street,~~replaces ~~Fotan~~Marcum Asias LLP (“Marcum”), ~~Hong~~the ~~Kong~~former independent registered public accounting firm, which the Company dismissed on ~~September~~the ~~10,~~same ~~2024~~day. atThe ~~6:00~~appointment of Enrome was made after a~~.m.~~ ~~EDT,~~careful ~~with~~consideration and evaluation process undertaken by the ~~ability~~Company ~~given~~and towas approved by the ~~shareholders~~audit committee of the board of directors of the Company. AtThe ~~the~~reports ~~close~~ of ~~business~~Marcum on ~~August~~the consolidated 9,financial ~~2024,~~statements of the ~~record~~ ~~date~~Company for the ~~determination~~fiscal years ended March 31, 2024 and 2023 did not contain any adverse opinion or disclaimer of ~~holders~~opinion and was not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, scope of ~~the~~accounting ~~ordinary~~principles. ~~shares~~In connection with the audits of the Company's (consolidated financial statements for the ~~“Ordinary~~fiscal ~~Shares”)~~years ~~entitled~~ended toMarch ~~vote at~~31, 2024 and 2023, and in the ~~Meeting~~subsequent interim period through November 1, 2024, there were ano ~~total~~disagreements with Marcum on any matters of 11accounting principles or practices,~~581,250~~ ~~issued~~financial statement disclosure or auditing scope and ~~outstanding~~procedures, ~~Ordinary~~which, ~~Shares.~~if Atnot resolved to the ~~Meeting~~satisfaction of Marcum, ~~the~~would ~~holders~~have caused Marcum to make reference to such matters in its reports. There were no reportable events (as that term is described in Item 304(a)(1)(v) of 9Regulation S-K),~~536~~ except for the material weaknesses related to the Company’s internal control over financial reporting,~~589~~ ~~Ordinary~~including (i) a lack of accounting ~~Shares~~staff and resources with appropriate knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting and compliance requirements and (ii) a lack of proper control related to logical access security management and system change management over the Company’s ~~were~~financial ~~represented~~reporting insystem, ~~person~~during the ortwo byfiscal ~~proxy~~years ended March 31, ~~constituting~~2024 aand ~~quorum~~2023, or in the subsequent period through November 1, 2024.

AtThe ~~the~~Company ~~Meeting,~~provided Marcum ~~the~~with ~~shareholders~~a copy of the forgoing disclosure and requested Marcum to furnish the Company ~~adopted~~with a letter addressed to the ~~following~~Securities ~~resolutions:~~and Exchange Commission stating whether or not Marcum agrees with the above statements. A copy of Marcum’s letter, dated November 8, 2024, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K.

During the two most recent fiscal years and in the subsequent interim period through November 1., An2024, ~~ordinary~~the ~~resolution~~Company has not consulted with Enrome with respect to the ~~approve~~application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, either completed or proposed, or the ~~reelection~~type of audit opinion that would have been rendered on the Company’s ~~existing~~consolidated ~~directors~~financial ~~and~~statements, ~~independent~~or ~~directors~~any other matters set forth in Item 304(~~the~~a)(2)(i) ~~“Proposal~~or ~~One”~~(ii); of Regulation S-K.

2. An ordinary resolution to increase the Company’s authorized share capital (the “Proposal Two”);

3. A special resolution to implement a dual class structure (the “Proposal Three”);

4. A special resolution to amend and restate the Company’s existing memorandum and articles of association (the “Proposal Four”); and

5. An ordinary resolution to approve the Company’s 2024 performance incentive plan (the “Proposal Five”).

The results of the vote at the Meeting for the resolutions were as follows:
