Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 1, 2024, David Fishman resigned as President of Vector Acquisition Corporation II (the “Company”), effective as of January 1, 2024. The resignation of Mr. Fishman was not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
