Other Events.

JAWS Hurricane Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) has previously announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Public Shares”), previously sold in its initial public offering. On June 20, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that it expects the redemption of the Public Shares to occur on June 23, 2023 and the per-share redemption price for the Public Shares to be approximately $10.25. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
