Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 9, 2023, Mark Vange resigned from his position as the Chief Technology Officer of NextPlay Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Vange’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, or any issues regarding the Company’s accounting policies or practices.
