Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Nanomix Corporation (the “Company”) is aware of media reports of the closure of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) and appointment of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. The Company holds two accounts at SVB each with a balance equal to or less than $250,000. Therefore, the Company believes it does not have exposure to any liquidity concern at SVB.
