Item 7.01. Regulation FD.

As previously announced, Thunder Bridge Acquisition II, Ltd. (“Thunder Bridge II”) announced a proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) between Thunder Bridge II and Ay Dee Kay LLC d/b/a indie Semiconductor (“indie Semiconductor”). On May 17, 2021, the Company issued a press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01. On May 17, 2021, indie Semiconductor released a press release reporting its first quarter 2021 financial highlights, which is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
