(the “~~Company~~Registrant”) isissued ~~filing~~a ~~this~~press ~~Report~~release onannouncing ~~Form 6-K to provide final results for~~ the ~~votes~~ ~~for~~receipt ~~its 2020 annual shareholder meeting. At the 2020 annual shareholder meeting~~ of ~~the Company held on November 21, 2020,~~preliminary non-binding a“going ~~quorum~~private” ~~was~~proposal ~~present~~ and ~~two~~formation ~~proposals~~of ~~were~~Special ~~submitted to and approved by the shareholders~~Committee. ~~The~~A ~~proposals~~copy ~~are~~of ~~described in detail in~~ the ~~Company’s~~press ~~Proxy~~release ~~Statement~~is ~~filed~~attached ~~with~~hereto ~~the~~as ~~U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 20, 2020. The final results~~Exhibit ~~for the votes regarding each proposal are set forth below~~99.1.

1. Shareholders elected two (2) Class I directors to the Company’s Board of Directors to serve terms ending at the third succeeding annual meeting of stockholders in 2023 or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified. The votes for each of the nominees were as follows:
