1On October 13, 2018, the Board of Directors approved the engagement of Wei Wei & Co., LLP (“WWC”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to audit the Company’s consolidated financial statements as of and for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 and 2017.
