These options vest in increments, with one-half of the options vesting 12 months from April 24, 2018 (the "Grant Date"), with an additional one-half of the options vesting 24 months after the Grant Date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service as a member of the Issuer's board of directors on such vesting date. Each tranche of the options shall become exercisable on the 18th month anniversary of the Grant Date.
