Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 29, 2017, Zvi Ben-Zvi resigned from his positions as a director and Presdient of Trenton Acquisition Corp, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Ben-Zvi’s resignation was effective immediately. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

Prior to and effective upon Mr. Ben-Zvi’s resignation, the Board appointed Kenneth Kirsch as a director and as President to fill the vacancies resulting from Mr. Ben-Zvi’s resignation. Mr. Kirsch will also continue in his existing positions as the Company’s Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.
