- [F1]On December 17, 2020, Reporting Person inadvertently filed an incorrect Form 4 (the "Form 4") to report the exercise of an outstanding stock option grant dated May 10, 2016 and subsequent sale of the underlying common stock resulting from the exercise. The Form 4 should have referred to a stock option grant dated April 28, 2018 and such grant possessed the following stock option vesting terms including, but not limited to, (i) an April 27, 2018 grant date, (ii) an exercise price of $5.16, (iii) an April 27, 2028 expiration date and (iv) a vesting schedule such that 1/48th of the stock option vests in equal monthly installments as measured from vesting commencement date or April 27, 2018.
