Goff Focused Strategies LLC (GFS) is the managing member of GFS Management and, as such, it may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by GFS Management. GFT Strategies, LLC (GFT) is the controlling equity holder of GFS and, as such, it may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by GFS.
