(EnCap Fund VII GP), EnCap Equity Fund VI GP, L.P. (EnCap Fund VI GP), and EnCap Equity Fund V GP, L.P. (EnCap Fund V GP). EnCap Fund VII GP is the general partner of EnCap Fund VII.
