On February 18, 2014, the Compensation Committee awarded 6,375 shares to the reporting person based on its evaluation of the achievement of the performance criteria. These shares vested 33% on February 18, 2014 with the balance vesting in two installments: 33% on February 18, 2015 and 34% on February 18, 2016.
