On October 7, 2010 and October 18, 2010, XFN RLSI Investments, LLC collectively distributed all of its 2,643,121 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer to its members as a result of its dissolution and liquidation. As a result of that distribution and because 137,138 shares of Common Stock were distributed to members of XFN RLSI Investments, LLC which are not controlled by or affiliated with the Reporting Person, the Reporting Person now beneficially owns 2,505,983 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer.
