- [F1]On March 31, 2009, the Company terminated an option grant subject to performance criteria which had been previously granted to Mr. Rigdon and granted a new option with time based vesting for the same number of shares. Such option was vested as to 25% of the grant due to the prior achievement of certain of the performance criteria. The balance will vest in three equal, annual installments of 25% on each of March 31, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
