On or about September 11, 2014, Wells Real Estate Fund XIV, L.P. (the “Registrant”) sent a letter to the financial representatives of the limited partners of the Registrant providing an important status update on various events, including the anticipated disposition of its remaining real estate asset. A copy of the letter, which also includes a copy of the investor letter dated September 10, 2014, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
