On November 12, 2025, WaterBridge Infrastructure LLC (NYSE: WBI; NYSE TX: WBI) (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
