On November 7, 2025, Global Self Storage, Inc. (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the period ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Company’s earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
