Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 27, 2025, Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.25 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on November 21, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2025.

A copy of the Company’s press release dated October 27, 2025 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
