Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 8, 2025, the board of trustees (the “Board”) of Fortress Private Lending Fund (the “Company”) appointed Lucy Munro, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, to the Board to fill the vacancy created by the passing of Joshua Pack.

There are no arrangements or understandings between Ms. Munro and any other person pursuant to which Ms. Munro was appointed as a trustee, nor are there related party transactions requiring disclosure pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
