Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 30, 2025, Antares Strategic Credit Fund II LLC (the “Company”) declared a regular distribution in the amount of $0.1863 per share and a special distribution in the amount of $0.0207 per share for its common shares of beneficial interest (the “Common Shares”), which are payable to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025, and will be paid on or about October 31, 2025. These distributions will be paid in cash or reinvested in additional Common Shares for shareholders participating in the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Company is offering its Common Shares on a continuous basis via a private placement. The Common Shares are offered and sold (i) in the United States under the exemption provided by Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (“Securities Act”), and Rule 506 of Regulation D promulgated thereunder and other exemptions of similar import in the laws of the states and jurisdictions where the offering will be made, and (ii) outside of the United States in accordance with Regulation S of the Securities Act (the “Private Offering”).

On October 1, 2025, the Company received approximately $0.6 million of subscriptions for its Common Shares from unaffiliated investors. The Company intends to continue selling Common Shares in the Private Offering on a monthly basis at a price generally equal to the net asset value per share.
