Other Events.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, Redwood Mortgage Investors VIII, L.P. (the “Partnership”) made a distribution totaling approximately $1.5 million from available liquidation proceeds to limited partners on a pro rata basis in accordance with the Partnership’s previously disclosed plan of dissolution.
