On September 22, 2025, Millrose Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its upcoming quarterly dividend distribution. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On September 22, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.73 per share on the Company’s Class A common stock and Class B common stock, payable on October 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 3, 2025.
