On August 12, 2025, Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025. Additionally, on August 12, 2025, the Company made available on its website, https://icmbdc.com/reports-presentations, a supplemental investor presentation with respect to the earnings release.
