Other Events.

On August 6, 2025, a press release was issued announcing that Manulife Wealth & Asset Management (“Manulife”) and the parent company of our investment adviser, Commonwealth Credit Advisors LLC, had entered into a definitive agreement for Manulife to acquire Comvest Credit Partners. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
