The registrant has filed a prospectus, dated May 20, 2025, setting forth a description of the receivables pool and the structure of $342,800,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-1 Asset Backed Notes, $339,600,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-2a Asset Backed Notes, $185,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-2b Asset Backed Notes, $524,500,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-3 Asset Backed Notes, $85,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes and $23,100,000 aggregate principal amount of the Class B Asset Backed Notes by Nissan Auto Receivables 2025-A Owner Trust.
