Other Events.

On April 3, 2025, RPM International Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire the Star Brands Group, the UK-based parent company of The Pink Stuff, for the Company’s Rust-Oleum subsidiary. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
